& Terms of Service

At tChatt, we believe in complete transparency. Discover how we protect your rights and privacy.

Introduction & Philosophy

The tChatt app, developed mainly in France and deployed globally, is designed to rehabilitate sincere, healthy, and humanly moderated relationships. By signing up or reserving your founding member ticket, you fully adhere to these terms of service.

1. Human Moderation First

Unlike conventional networks that neglect their community's safety, tChatt places human moderation at its center. Any harassing, abusive, hateful, or illegal behavior will result in an immediate and permanent ban of the associated account.

2. Zero Addictive Algorithms & Zero Advertising

tChatt formally opposes algorithmic confinement mechanics. The news feed is strictly chronological. No invasive ads will disrupt your daily interactions, your shares on Noteō, or your tZap streaks.

3. Absolute Data Security ('We sell nothing')

Our business model is simple: we sell absolutely none of your personal data to third parties or data brokers. Your coordinates, flash media, and private messages remain your exclusive property and will never be subject to marketing profiling.

🎟️ 4. Founding Member Ticket Terms

Reserving your pre-registration ticket is entirely free. This ticket certifies your order of arrival on tChatt and guarantees the lifetime attribution of an exclusive Founding Member profile badge as well as privileged access to future private betas.

📝 5. Intellectual Property & Your Content

You retain full intellectual property ownership of all content (texts, photos, ephemeral media) you publish on tChatt. By sharing them, you grant us only a global, free, and non-exclusive technical license to host, display, and distribute your posts according to your privacy settings.

🔞 6. Liability, Security & Minimum Age

To ensure everyone's safety, access to tChatt is restricted to persons aged 13 or older. Every user is personally responsible for the content they publish and for account confidentiality. tChatt is committed to protecting the software infrastructure but cannot be held liable for abuses committed by third-party users.
